Homeopathy software in the UK
Radar UK is the UK reseller of RadarOpus, the homeopathy software published by Zeus Soft. We sell it in pounds, help you choose the package that fits your work, and support and train you once you have it. RadarOpus UK is the trading name of Kents Road Books Ltd.
Prices in pounds, VAT included
The four RadarOpus packages, from Core to Optimum, are sold in the UK shop as licences bought once, priced in pounds with VAT included. There is no currency conversion at checkout and no subscription to keep running. If you would rather spread the cost, Zeus Soft offers rental and Direct Debit instalments. The current prices and what each package includes are on RadarOpus prices in the UK.
Advice and support in the UK
When you buy from Radar UK you deal with people in the UK. Luke Norland advises on choosing a package and runs regular live Q&A sessions where you can bring your questions about using RadarOpus in practice. Naqash is your contact for enquiries and orders. Technical support is provided by Zeus Soft's support team. The UK support page lists regular webinars, a network of representatives, mailing-list resources and a Facebook community, and the RadarOpus Academy has material for beginners and experienced users, with live training and recordings.
Our UK newsletter, signed by Luke and Naqash, carries new titles, tips and the dates of the next Q&A sessions.
Licences for colleges
Colleges and schools of homeopathy can enquire about a site licence for their students and teaching staff. Contact us with the number of students and how the course uses the software, and we will set out the options.
Your patient files stay on your own computer
RadarOpus is a program installed on your computer, and it runs natively on Mac as well as on Windows. Patient files are stored on your own computer and encrypted. Cases can only be opened through RadarOpus, and RadarOpus runs only with your licence. Nothing about your patients needs to leave your consulting room for the software to work. You remain responsible for protecting the computer and keeping backups. More for Mac users on Homeopathy software for Mac.
