Check your computer before installing or updating.
- Windows: the current installer lists Windows 11. Its requirements also list Windows 10; ask support which installer to use on Windows 10.
- Mac: macOS 15 Sequoia or later.
- Memory: 8 GB RAM or more recommended.
- Processor: Intel Core i or Apple Silicon recommended.
- Storage: 25 GB free; NTFS for Windows.
- Display: at least 1400 × 1050; Full HD recommended.
- Internet: activation initially, then every 30 days without a dongle or every 12 months with one.
- USB: needed when installing from a USB drive.
