Synthesis repertory in RadarOpus
Synthesis is the repertory at the centre of RadarOpus. It comes in more than one edition, and which one you have depends on your package. This page sets out the editions and where each one is found.
Synthesis Adonis is the current edition
Synthesis Adonis was released in 2022 and succeeds Treasure Edition 2009. It is available in the RadarOpus program and is not yet available in print. Adonis also includes an updated veterinary version.
The publisher's own comparison of the editions gives these figures:
| Edition | Remedies | Author references | Size, Treasure = 100% |
|---|---|---|---|
| Synthesis Adonis (2022) | 3,233 | 1,599 | 125% |
| Synthesis Treasure Edition 2009 | 2,375 | 905 | 100% |
| Essential Synthesis (printed) | 1,990 | 583 | 75% |
| Core Synthesis (2016) | 149 | 636 | 50% |
For Adonis, the publisher's version history records 230 provings added and 202 families. "Core Synthesis" is the name of an edition; it is not the RadarOpus Core package, which carries no Synthesis.
Which package carries which edition
- Core: no Synthesis. The repertories are Kent, Boericke and Phatak.
- Essentials: Synthesis Treasure Edition 2009, with Van Woensel's Keynotes, Kent, Boericke and Phatak.
- Advanced: Synthesis Adonis, with further repertories including the Q Repertory, the Thematic Repertory, Clarke and Roberts.
- Optimum: Synthesis Adonis, with a wider collection that includes the Boger-Boenninghausen Characteristics Repertory.
If you already own RadarOpus with an earlier edition and want Adonis, ask us before ordering, because the route depends on the package and edition you have.
Where Synthesis is available
On a computer, Synthesis comes with the RadarOpus packages listed above. On a phone or tablet, OpusGo offers Synthesis Adonis as a yearly add-on, separate from a desktop licence; the earlier Synthesis App is no longer sold. Similia does not list Synthesis among its repertories; see RadarOpus and Similia compared for what each library contains.
More about the current edition is on the Synthesis Adonis page, and the four packages are side by side on RadarOpus packages.
